I have been a member of the Ostomy Support Group Of Mid Hudson for several years now, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best decisions I've made. This group has provided me with invaluable support and guidance throughout my ostomy journey. The members are extremely welcoming, understanding, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The educational resources and guest speakers at the meetings have expanded my knowledge and empowered me to live my life to the fullest. Highly recommend this group!
