I had a mixed experience with Newport Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Associates. While the staff was friendly and the surgeons were skilled, I felt that the overall communication could have been better. There were some delays in getting my questions answered and the wait times during appointments were longer than expected. However, the outcome of my procedure was satisfactory, and I appreciate the efforts of the surgeons.
