I am a customer of j8 Mobile Solutions and I have to say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with j8 Mobile Solutions as average.
