I recently bought a transformer for my project. Overall, I am satisfied with the product's performance. However, I wasn't impressed with the company's customer service. The representatives seemed disinterested in assisting me and weren't very knowledgeable about their own products. Despite this, the transformer itself is good quality and serves its purpose well.
