I had a mixed experience with Arrow Appliances And Electronics. The purchase and delivery process went smoothly, but I had an issue with the installation of my new oven. The technicians were not well-prepared and had to reschedule the installation. However, once the installation was done, the oven has been working fine. I appreciate their efforts to fix the issue, but it was a bit of an inconvenience.
