As a customer of the Malawi Sun Hotel, I must say that my experience was average. The service was satisfactory, but there were some areas that could have been improved. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the decor was a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food, but it lacked variety. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but I expected more for the price.
