Worked with them for a little over 4 years with Consolidated Communications. Overall experience was good, dealing with the customers was the worst part of the job. Flexible hours, passed through 4 supervisors during my stint, and enjoyed 3 of the 4. The only complaint I really had was that they changed policies often, making it somewhat confusing to keep up. I left due to illness.
