negative 3 stars. got through to a human 2 time in 3 weeks. both times i was transferred because they didn't know how to complete my claim. while on transfer the call line dropped causing me to repeat the process. i have ben unemployed since mar 28 2020. this is unacceptable. the workers are less than helpful and lack the knowledge and customer care.
