Well i havent had great experience with this co or...

Well i havent had great experience with this co or internet/wifi. Also customer service came to find out today when u do call in they want u to verify ur acct n whatever they are workin on they want serial number modem number or etc. But i was informed u waste ur time most of the time for technical support bcuz even though u give them the correct info to check on they may not have the right info nor cam they truly tell whether ur system is plugged in or not etc. I m single mom on disability n take care of my 3 children n grandson financially by myself. But i dont even b 30 days late they want to disconnect if u dont pay it. Cant give u til next month to pay both
