Truth be told, Mohammad's professionalism & responsiveness easily go hand-in-hand with his work quality & value. Not only did he get back to me promptly, but also, the way in which he went about discussing all that it was I was looking for & how he could best achieve it was impressive & also HONEST (something I've had trouble finding with projects such as these). He clearly enjoys what he does & is most definitely out for your best interest, as his detailed explanation & if anything at all, advice, on what was even lacking in my prior logo & what he personally thought about it from a marketing perspective was so deeply appreciated. He did NOT need to take so much of his time of day to first hear from me on a personal level before just jumping into the logo & taking payment before making sure it was what I needed. I am someone who really seeks professionals who know how to get the job done, but also know how to work with the client so that their individual needs are taken into serious account. TO SAY THAT HE IS REASONABLY PRICED IS, ALSO, AN UNDERSTATEMENT! ESPECIALLY during this pandemic, small businesses such as mine are needless to say struggling, & I was so fortunate to come across this wonderful agency's profile & to still receive truly great work, & all for a price that they deserve so much more for. So much so that by the end of it I was hoping I could tip them just for going above & beyond when other agencies charge so much more for subpar work in comparison to theirs. They really deserve every penny & then some & I hope no one ever takes advantage of that! Running a service business, I know what it's like for your time to be poorly compensated for, & to not even receive a thank you. So thank you thank you THANK YOU for your time, effort, energy, kindness & most of all, HONESTLY throughout this process!
