I recently used the services of a local radiology company after being referred by my doctor. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of useful information. However, when I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was a bit frustrating and felt impersonal. The radiologist who conducted the test was professional and knowledgeable, but the wait time was longer than expected. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciated the convenience of scheduling online and the expertise of the radiologist, but the customer service and wait time could be improved.
