Located in The Magnificent Mile (669 Michigan Ave....

Located in The Magnificent Mile (669 Michigan Ave.) of Chicago is a great Nike Store.
But, being in one of most famous and touristic places of Chicago, I don't understand two things:
First, how is they don't have more multilingual personal?
Secondly, why they haven't the first official t-shirt but have the second of Barcelona FC.
