I recently utilized the services of this company for some legal guidance and was met with a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial consultation was helpful in understanding my options. However, I did find the response time to be slower than anticipated, and the communication could have been more proactive. The expertise of the team is evident, but the overall client experience could definitely be improved. In terms of professionalism and knowledge, they certainly deliver, but the customer service aspect left something to be desired. I appreciate the assistance I received, but there is definitely room for growth in terms of efficiency and client communication.
