I've been using this brand of sugar for a long time and I must say that it's truly worth the purchase. The sugar crystals are always pure and the taste is delightful. I have tried other brands but none of them come close to the quality provided by American crystal sugar company. It's a staple ingredient in my kitchen and I can't imagine baking without it.
