I have been a customer of Kona Running Company, Inc. for several years now and I must say, their products and services are average. The quality of their running shoes and apparel is decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service could use some improvement as well. There have been a few occasions where I had issues with my orders and it took quite a bit of effort to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kona Running Company, Inc. as average.
