I first attended classes at New Horizons in 1996 and the experience was great. The classes helped me become more efficient, innovative, and creative in my position as a Human Resources Project Manager. When I made the decision to redirect my career, research led me to realize that in order to compete I needed to brush up on my computer skills, learn some new software, and get some certifications. I immediately thought of New Horizons, gave them a call and enrolled in a program to become a Microsoft Office Specialist and get certifications in PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CC.

I've not yet completed all of the classes; however, updating my resume with the certificates for the classes I have completed thus far has increased my visibility and improved the job matches that Recruiters are sending me. Thanks to New Horizons I believe that I am on my way to finding my dream job...soon.
