I originally had a great experience at Mazda of Brampton where I purchased my 2017 CX-5. Unfortunately, my original sales rep took a leave of absence and I was redirected to Jamal. Since that point in time, it has been nothing but a headache with my vehicle. After two months of purchasing the vehicle in January 2021, I ran into an emergency where I needed my spare key fob. When I went to take it out of the cover Mazda of Brampton provided - I noticed the entire key fob was cracked and the battery dead. Completely unacceptable and a safety issue for a new owner. I am confident the cover was put on the spare fob to hide the damage. As of now, the dealership is refusing to compensate for a new keyfob that runs almost $400 + for a new one. As a ONCE confident buyer, I can retract my confidence in this dealership as I feel that I was being taken advantage of and shuffled from various sales reps for my transaction. I'd avoid this dealership at all costs.
