I thought I'd gotten used to how painfully slow this place is, so slow that I get drip coffee rather than my preferred latte. Today, though, I finally lost my patience and left after waiting 5 minutes and not even getting an acknowledgement, a "Hey, I'll be right with you" from the woman behind the counter (there was only one person ahead of me). I like their coffee but not enough to reward lax customer service. I'm done with this location.
