The driver was hours late. Having finally picked me up, the driver wound up driving back to JFK three times to pick up late passengers, each time after already being 2 km away from JFK. The shuttle ended up accommodating 7 persons, leaving one of the passengers riding without seat belt.

From JFK to NEW HAVEN, the ride took me 6 hours. I was exhausted.
