I have been a customer of In Moto Limited for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. The staff is friendly and helpful but the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. I have had to return several items due to defects and the replacement process is a hassle. I hope they can improve their merchandise and provide a better overall experience for their customers.
