We had a great time at Shangri-la. Just one thing about the swimming pool seatings. We understand it is first come first serve basis. On our first day we went around and around the pool with the towels and stuffs in our arms to look for a place. It wasn't easy as the chairs were not cleared, towels on but seemed used so we were not sure if they were available. On our second day we went to the pool at 8:15am there was only one guest swimming in the pool but lots of the seats were "occupied". People left their stuff at the chairs like a reservation. So that point was disappointing.
