I cannot say enough great things about my time at Crossfit 557! I have been a member since they opened and will never go anywhere else again! Aside from just the workouts and getting healthier, I have gained a great group of friends from both members and coaches. You will not find a more encouraging or fun environment anywhere else. If you are on the fence, just come in....I can tell you from experience that you will not regret it. Thank you Shane McBride and Crossfit 557 for giving me such a positive start to every day!
