The WORST travel experience I have ever had!!! Sandals cons you out of every dollar. Even though it's supposedly "all-inclusive" you'll be spending A LOT more once you get here!! But that's just indicative of how they run their business--sneaky bait-and-switch tactics and their employees are no exception. Our reservation was changed and no one informed us. When we asked why we didn't have the room we booked, they acted like we were idiots and started giving us attitude. Employees blatantly lie to your face, and if they're not lying, they're rude: "Just ask me, God!" Why should I ask? So you can stare at me expectantly waiting for a tip for moving my bags 5 feet? NEVER EVER come here! I cannot wait to leave and go home. Hate this place. Save your money or go somewhere else, and do yourself a favor and avoid Sandals Resorts at ALL COSTS!!!
