StyleCraft and Brian Click were not only prompt building our new house, but efficient at fixing any problems that we brought to their attention.

We would have appreciated receiving the weekly update phone calls that were promised us; we had 3/10 iniated by Brian, which left us initiating the rest the beginning of the next week when Brian didn t call. We rode by the house frequently while it was under construction, and he may have felt that we didn t need updates since we watched it go up.

The process of using the design center was frustrating. With what we are spending on our new homes, the MIDDLE TIER of options should have been the level to come with the home, allowing the customer to go up a level or two to get better quality or go down a level or two to save money if needed. But to have the CHEAPEST option come with such a home was sad. It was like nickel & diming us to death.
