I had a satisfactory experience with Kraków airport. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The airport is easy to navigate and there is a good selection of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the lack of direct flights to certain destinations, but overall, I had a pleasant experience.
