Beautiful inside but I agree with others that have commented here. Poorly managed. I bought my passport with me after reading these reviews. I showed it and then got in fine but then when I found a place to sit, I was told (I think, because I don t understand italian well) that I had to leave my bag downstairs. Also perhaps I wasn t allowed to sit there? Unsure.

One would think that there might be some signs written in English or at least that some of the rules would be explained to me when I gave my passport. I had asked at the desk if I just go up and she said yes.

Still worth having a look around. Doesn t cost to go in.
