I have been a customer of ACDM for several years now and I must say, their services are average. They provide essential support in clinical data management, but there's not much that sets them apart from other companies in the field. The staff is professional and the website is user-friendly. However, there have been a few instances when my queries were not addressed promptly. Overall, an average experience.
