Terrible customer service and that is very important for a place like this. You're not buying a sandwich, but an expensive item(s) and wow, are they bad. I had the wrong color sent and they would NOT help out in any way. The attached is supposed to be Accolade Plus Graphite , but just do a compare...I'm shocked that this is how they do business. I've sent the entire thing back. Good riddance. See the difference below from what I ordered vs. what I received. Stay away from this place, there are too many others to chose from.
