I'm a contractor and have never had to write a negative review with any of my suppliers or installers. The company does not stand behind their product. The quality of the stain on some of the cabinets were not a quality finish. We had to fight to get it fixed. Their rep company does not care about the consumer experience. They didn't send the correct parts for part of the job. Now they won't come back and fix any blemishes. Don't ever use Crestwood Cabinets. Overpriced, poor quality and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
