I have been a customer of N.id / idcao for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do the job, there are definitely areas for improvement. The website is not very user-friendly and it takes a while to navigate through the different pages. However, their customer support team is quite helpful and responsive. Overall, I would say that it's a decent company to work with.
