I have been using It Pulse (hikvision) products for more than a year now, and I must say that their quality is average. The cameras are decent, but the DVRs seem to have some issues. The support provided by the company is good, and they are always willing to help. However, there have been times when it took them longer than expected to respond to my queries. Overall, I would rate their products and services as average.
