We were in Dresden last fall and had chosen the Kempinski Taschenbergpalais as accommodation. The lovingly restored hotel is visually an absolute treat. The rooms are excellent, the service is good, the reception very friendly. The concierge, however, has a catastrophic behavior and is just very rude, especially to children and teenagers. Where this arrogance rested was not apparent, ultimately we are not really interested, but a house of this category should better choose the main contact person of his guests. A tip to the hotel manager: Take an example at the Kempinski 4 Jahreszeiten in Munich, or the Adlon in Berlin. There, this place is perfectly staffed and alone enough reason to visit these houses.
