I purchased a machine from Assomac Machines Ltd. and my experience was average. The machine itself is decent and works as expected. However, the customer support wasn't very helpful when I faced some issues. It took a while to get a response and the issue was only partially resolved. I expected better service from Assomac Machines Ltd. and feel a bit disappointed.
