Clean nice rooms, TV in each (I guess), All the ski facilities a hotel in ski area should provide (shuttle buss to the nearest lift and basic spa included). Food though is far from great. It's just fine. Choice for breakfast is very limited, dinner is a bit better but still nothing really really tasty. Lack of proper English speaking staff is quite annoying. What is great though is that the hotel is just at the ski slope. Solid 3 stars. I really don't know how it got 4.
