I have mixed feelings about Dharma. While their designs are nice and the website is easy to navigate, I have had some issues with their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses felt automated and impersonal. That being said, the products themselves were good quality and delivered on time. I just wish the customer service experience was better.
