I would give 6 stars if there was such a thing available. Thanks to the guidance of Nettie at Sutherland Mortgage, we just moved into our new Home. Being a first time home-buyer, and completely unaware of the home buying process, we weren't too sure of what to do and how. Nettie helped us through the process all along, and she went above and beyond to help us sort things out with the Sellers and their require paper work and all that. On top of all this great customer service we received, Nettie got us the best deal on rates too. I highly recommend Sutherland Mortgage and Nettie Bird to any one that is on the market for buying home. I have already referred a couple of my friends to them and i wouldn't mind sending more referrals their way. Thank you Nettie for being so wonderful, and thanks to Ron for being resourceful and helping us along the way.
