I recently purchased some pool supplies from a company that shall remain nameless. The items arrived on time and in good condition. However, their customer service was subpar. I had a few questions about the products and when I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. It was a frustrating experience overall. I wish I had found Black Tie Pool Supply sooner. Their reviews speak for themselves and I have no doubt that their customer service is top-notch.
