I have been living in a Gemstone community for the past year and I must say I am very impressed. The management is very responsive and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues that arise. The amenities are top-notch and the landscaping is well-maintained. The only downside is the noise from the nearby highway, but overall, I would rate this community as excellent.
