It is very strange that I hsd never filed for Medicare application , but somebody filed medicare application on my behalf by doing identity theft .when I called Noridian Health care and reported fraud they hung up on me . Isn't it medicare fraud by using somebody's identity
who ou s not even eligible for Medicare
