I have been a resident of Ocean Xv Condominium Homeowners Association for a few years now. Overall, my experience has been decent. The management has improved in the past year, and there have been some positive changes in the community. However, there is still room for improvement, especially when it comes to communication between the residents and the management. The amenities are nice, but they could use some updates. I hope to see further improvements in the future.
