I recently rented a property from a property management company and had a satisfactory experience. The property was decent, but there were a few minor maintenance issues that took longer than expected to be resolved. The leasing process was smooth, but the lack of communication on certain matters was slightly frustrating. However, overall, I would consider Chase Properties, LLC as an option for future rentals.
