While Executive Associates provided decent service, I expected more from their team. The agents were somewhat helpful, but there were instances where they appeared uninterested and lacked professionalism. Their website was informative, but I faced difficulties when trying to reach out for additional information. The overall experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement. 3 out of 5 stars.
