This company is unorganized and unprofessional in everything they do. Before we started to work and were in training, our supervisor sent out a chart with everyone's pay rate on the map.

The morale was down before we technically started to work in the quarantine station. Our supervisor had minimal management experience, and it showed. Her lack of management experience caused a problem with Caduceus staff and the CDC quarantine station staff. The supervisor assigned her job duties over to other employees, which ultimately created a false sense of power for those employees. One employee was terminated because he thought he was a supervisor and did and said things he should not have.

Another reason morale was down was that Caduceus decided to a paid person with an undergraduate degree (60,000) more than a person with a Ph.D. ( 45,000). Caduceus also paid a person with an undergraduate degree( 65,000) more than a person with a Master's degree (48,000).

The HR department ignores emails from employees, so then you have to follow the chain of command. So basely, you have to talk to the COO, and he tries to bully you.

When we received our first paycheck, most of our pay was incorrect. Some people's salaries were incorrect. Some of us who did not select the health insurance option was getting paid the salary of the person that wanted health insurance. We received our first paycheck in March, and some people still have not been paid their money in May. The only thing worst than working during a pandemic is working for this company.
