I've been practicing Pilates at a studio near my home, and I was hesitant to try a new place. However, I'm so glad I decided to give The Pilates Sanctuary a try. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the class. The equipment is in excellent condition, and the studio is always clean and well-maintained. I've noticed a significant improvement in my core strength and overall flexibility since starting here. Highly recommended!
