I have been using Ecom secrets for a while now and I must say it is an average company. The service they provide is decent and overall, it meets my expectations. However, there are certain aspects that could be improved. The website interface is a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Additionally, the support team can sometimes be slow to respond to inquiries, which can be frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the value for money that Ecom secrets offers.
