Jody Lockshin and her team at Habitat Hunters provide excellent, personal, and highly professional service. As a landlord, I had Jody handle two different properties and appreciated her time to answer my many questions by phone, email and even in person. Her services included touring the properties, providing data on the rental market, drafting the lease agreement, screening applicants and executing the final lease and renewals. For both properties she found excellent renters and continued to provide advice when I needed it. I have been also to her office and saw the staff interact with clients. The same professionalism and excellent service is extended to potential renters and buyer as well.
