I had a mixed experience at Salon Orozco. While the stylists were skilled and did a good job with my hair, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which was disappointing. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, but the lack of friendly and welcoming service was a letdown.
