PCS we never had issues. Even Stanley was good to go. I'm not sure what happened now that we used PHD for the first time but our entire house smells like mildew which is totally unacceptable. Not to mention a 1.5 to 2 hour job took my tech, which I won't say a name, only took 40 minutes.
