There is a lady with dark hair, olive skin, wears ...

There is a lady with dark hair, olive skin, wears glasses and has two moles on her face that was rude. I didn't catch her name but she was the only that looks like that out of the three that were in there. She acted inconvenienced at an inquiry (which the web site say to stop in that office)then she passed judgement and made a rude comment which was totally false and slanderous. The way this women acted she should not be working in a Human services department .
