I've been a customer of Xtend Pilates for a while now and I can't say enough good things about it. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent guidance during the classes. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a calming ambiance. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable, and I've seen significant improvements in my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Xtend Pilates to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness!
